Max Verstappen’s girlfriend Kelly Piquet shares emotional message as fashion legend Alberta Ferretti resigns

Kelly Piquet is known for attending races throughout the F1 paddock as her partner Max Verstappen currently leads the drivers’ championship. On the other hand, away from the realm of motorsports, the Brazillian model has close connections in the fashion world and has taken part in multiple ramp walks.
Subsequently, Italian fashion legend Alberta Ferretti announced that she was resigning as the creative director of the iconic brand she founded 43 years ago. Reacting to the same, Piquet shared an emotional message on her social media.
The F1 world has calmed down recently owing to the four-week break until the next race. On the contrary, the world of fashion has not halted, with multiple fashion shows being held worldwide. Ferretti’s resignation, however, came as a sudden shock for people closely connected with the fashion industry.
Reacting to the 74-year-old’s farewell post, Kelly Piquet shared a poignant message on her social media.
The Brazilian model claimed that she was in shock over Ferretti’s retirement. Piquet had been an attendee of the Italian designer’s fashion shows in the past and had been a member of her fashion circle.

While Kelly Piquet was dejected with Alberta Ferretti stepping down from her position, her partner Max Verstappen finished as the runner-up at the Singapore GP. Moreover, he demonstrated his consistency on the last stint on hard tires to finish on the podium.
After the race, the Dutchman was gifted a toy cat by Red Bull and he he said that his step-daughter would love having it.
Apart from this, Max Verstappen has the big task of defending his lead in the drivers’ championship in the next six rounds. This has put pressure on Red Bull to resolve the woes of the RB20 soon and if they do not, McLaren‘s Lando Norris would eat away the Dutchman’s 52-point advantage and win his maiden championship in an interesting turn of events.
