Max Verstappen managed to win the 2024 title after a hard-fought battle against Lando Norris. The Dutch driver received backlash for his aggressive approach on-track. Now, the four-time world champion has responded to critics.

McLaren CEO Zak Brown had recently stated that Verstappen didn’t need to be so aggressive against Norris this year. The two drivers had several fallouts, including a clash in Austria. Former F1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya had even claimed that Red Bull did not mind the Dutch driver’s collisions.

The 27-year-old reckoned that he would never back down even if he needed to use force against a rival.
