Red Bull driver Max Verstappen and Visa Cash App RB’s Yuki Tsunoda took part in a game of table football in the paddock of the 2024 Mexican GP. The drivers engaged in hilarious banter with Verstappen teasing Tsunoda during the match.

Max Verstappen heads into the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez event desperately needing to secure a win. He has failed to stand on the top step for the past nine races. But despite his challenges, the Dutchman leads the drivers’ championship by 57 points.

During the table football match, Verstappen was seen toying with Yuki Tsunoda, who was struggling to reach the ball. Tsunoda has had a rougher spell for RB in contrast to the Dutchman this campaign.

Tsunoda is the longest-serving driver in the Red Bull junior team and has been hoping for a promotion for a long time. His performances in the last few Grand Prix’s might now fill the missing void required for a move.

The Milton-Keynes-based Red Bull F1 team has failed to answer a host of questions catering to the issues within their RB20. Their problems have been more or less persistent, which has allowed other teams to capitalize throughout the ongoing campaign.

We are working together to try and come up with solutions, to try and find more performance and we are in the middle of that. I think last weekend already it showed more promising results and I hope that we can continue that. A lot of things can still go wrong, but we just need to do a good job as a team and of course, from my side, I have to be on it every single weekend.

Max Verstappen answered to AFP in Red Bull’s motorhome ahead of the Mexican GP

Max Verstappen has, however, praised his team’s performance at last week’s United States GP. He claims that the Milton-Keynes-based team is constantly trying its best to find pace and balance in the RB20.

Verstappen also knows that he must consistently perform well in order to ascertain the championship in his name. He will now look to utilize his knowledge to win in Mexico where he has been victorious four of the last five times.
