Max Verstappen’s Girlfriend Kelly Piquet shares romantic kiss with F1 champion to celebrate incredible Brazilian GP win

The Brazilian GP was a very special moment for Max Verstappen and Red Bull. Milton Keynes had not witnessed a victory since June, but the Dutchman ended that streak at Interlagos. Apart from them, another person had a special moment.

Kelly Piquet, Verstappen’s girlfriend, was filled with happiness seeing her partner clinch a stellar victory. The model is often seen in the paddock cheering for the three-time-world champion and Red Bull in the title fight.

Kelly Piquet has been a constant presence, cheering on Max Verstappen from the sidelines during the races. Her support for the Dutchman is evident through her frequent appearances at the track and her active presence on social media.

Verstappen had a bad qualifying session because of the on-track hurdles caused by Lance Stroll which brought out a Red Flag. Due to this, he was unable to set a competitive lap, preventing him from starting at the front. The Dutchman eventually had to start from P17 leaving no hopes of securing a victory at Interlagos.

The race was particularly challenging with his starting position and also with the weather conditions. However, Verstappen’s relentless pace and strategic decisions allowed him to steadily climb up the positions overtaking rivals with ease.

The Dutchman ultimately secured an incredible win and ran towards the team to celebrate where Kelly Piquet was also standing. The model shared a romantic kiss on Instagram celebrating Verstappen’s eighth victory of the season.

The three-time world champion endured a tough phase in the last two races and faced heavy criticism for his actions against Lando Norris. Both drivers are in an intense rivalry for the 2024 driver’s championship.

Verstappen made some aggressive defensive moves to block Norris from passing in Mexico. The Critics and stewards felt his moves were excessive and could have led to a serious collision, and for that, a 20-second penalty was also handed.

However, after winning the Brazilian GP despite starting from the back of the grid, Kelly Piquet came to Verstappen’s support. She shared an Instagram story of his victory post with a silencing emoji, indicating that the critics should stay quiet, following Verstappen’s triumph.

The victory was witnessed after months of serious car problems and internal matters, so it has to taste good. Red Bull and Verstappen expressed happiness as they won and asserted that their title hopes are very much alive.
