William James Adam Jr, also known by his stage name Will.i.am is an American rapper, songwriter, singer, and record producer. The 48-year-old has a long history with Mercedes with numerous cars from the brand present in his car collection.
Will.i.am is familiar with the sport of F1, linking the series in a number of his songs, even collaborating with F1 to release some singles such as the hit LET’s GO. Surprisingly, Lewis Hamilton is also familiar with the rapper from his links to producing a song coming soon, and Will.i.am has dubbed the Briton to be ‘annoyingly talented’ at singing, a field the Briton is newly familiar with.

Seriously, I've been in the studio with Lewis, he's an amazing singer. Like, amazing. How can someone be so talented? That's really annoying and he's the kind of cat, if he comes on stage with you, he's probably going to out-vocal you.Will.i.am said in an exclusive with si.com
Hamilton is not the only driver to enter the musical world in parallel with a motorsports career. Charles Leclerc made his entry in 2023, releasing three songs he recorded of himself playing the piano on Spotify, landing him on many charts.
F1 pundit hopes for Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen rivalry in 2024
Lewis Hamilton has had many bitter rivalries throughout his 16 years competing in F1, but arguably the most intense came in 2021 with Max Verstappen. The Dutchman and the Briton fought down to the last race, ending the season with a controversial win for Verstappen.

Hamilton has been left unable to compete with Verstappen, due to driving inferior machinery, and F1 pundit wants this to change in 2024. The British F1 commentator discussed Hamilton’s driving behavior while racing Verstappen and hopes to see more of it in 2024.
Lewis is a seven-time F1 World Champion, and he knows that he’s got to get his elbows out just a little bit. I think Lewis knows he’s got to get his elbows out a little bit with Max as well. That’s why it’s proper box office. So my real hope for this year is that we actually get a Mercedes car that is a bit more on par with the Red Bull car.David Croft said, as reported by PlanetF1
Hamilton and Verstappen did compete on a few occasions in the 2023 season, including the United States Grand Prix where Hamilton had a chance to cross the line in first. However, the Briton did suffer a disqualification from the race anyway, leaving him with no points for the weekend.
