Singapore Grand Prix

With the 2022 Singapore Grand Prix right around the corner, fans are all flocking to purchase tickets to the huge showdown that is going to take place in the Marina Bay Street Circuit. This race, often touted as “F1’s original night race”, has come back to the Formula 1 Calendar after a long wait of over two years due to restrictions imposed during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the Singapore GP, the country’s tourism sector hopes to revive their tourism economy and gain back the capital that they had lost to the virus outbreak.

And to be a part of this weekend-long spectacle, every interested F1 fanatic must remember that the tickets to the Singapore GP do not come cheap at all. There are several types of tickets that any interested person can buy, and they would have to arrange for additional provisions for lodging if they are coming from someplace afar. But all these obstacles have not held back frenzied F1 fans who have gone all in to buy tickets to Singapore for this grand event.

Billionaire hotelier Ong Beng Seng, who has contributed enormously to seal the deal with the FIA for holding the Singapore GP at the Marina Bay Street Circuit for the next seven years, had previously said that this Grand Prix is the single most populous tourist event that is organized in Singapore. And since the race is coming after two years, they want to get it right so that in future, the Singapore GP attracts more and more people in record-breaking numbers.

If you want to witness the grandeur of the Singapore in person, you can get your tickets online. And they come in a vast range as there can be three-day grandstand tickets, three-day general admission tickets, and the costliest of them all–the three-day hospitality tickets. While the price is variable, the cost of the grandstand tickets are from Singaporean dollar 298 to 1288, and the hospitality tickets are now selling for Singaporean dollar 3478 to 9898.

To be more specific, the Singapore GP divides the Marina Bay Street Circuit into 4 zones. The costlier tickets, like the Premier Walkabout tickets (equivalent to the Hospitality Tickets) will give you access to all 4 zones. The widest thing would be to book a seat in Zone 1, as it is less crowded and it is right where the pits are present–so there will ample chances to see the cars. And of course, there will be mind-blowing performances by international artists at the concerts in zones 1 and 4 (Padang Stage).

To get yourself those tickets to the Singapore GP, go to Motorsport tickets, which is an authentic site. And you can also check out the GooTickets website, which is quite good as well.
