The hype around the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix has gone off the roof since the start of this week, and Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz has revealed his plans in case he can triumph in the marquee event. He believes that it would be just about right to try his luck in Las Vegas if he wins the upcoming race.
Carlos Sainz has never been to Las Vegas before and looks forward to what the city has in store for him. Just like most of the other F1 drivers, he is quite excited about the event and is hopeful of having a rewarding outing on and off track in the sparkling Las Vegas.
There are only a few days to go until the cars hit the Las Vegas strip, and Sainz, while talking about his plans in the city, told Soymotor he has some ideas for a party if he wins the event. Looking at the comments of the Ferrari starlet, it is quite clear that he is immensely excited about visiting Las Vegas and has already got a few things planned. However, winning the maiden Grand Prix could prove to be a tricky affair.
I've never been to Las Vegas. I think that if we win, in addition to partying, we should go, probably to play as well. We have to try more luck, if we are able to win the race, maybe the day can end even better. Otherwise, we can play a round of poker.
Carlos Sainz has a very slim chance of winning the 2023 Las Vegas GP
While Carlos Sainz has already started making some plans for the Las Vegas GP, it will be extremely difficult for him in his SF-23 to triumph in the event. Ferrari’s car has proved quite unpredictable this year, and no one knows how it would react to the cold atmosphere of Las Vegas.
Moreover, even if the car can prove potent, he would have to deal with the might of the Red Bull Formula 1 team. Max Verstappen has proved incredibly dominant this year and is once again going to be the favorite to triumph in the maiden Las Vegas Grand Prix.

However, where there is a will, there is a way. Carlos Sainz is the only non-Red Bull driver who has managed to win a race this year. If the stars align for him during the upcoming three-day event, who knows, the fans might be in for a shock result with Sainz standing on the top step of the podium.
