At the start of February this year, the news regarding an inappropriate behavior investigation into Christian Horner came to light. A female employee had accused Horner of inappropriate and controlling behavior. The Red Bull authorities decided to take proper action and launched an investigation by hiring a barrister from outside.
Ahead of the Bahrain GP, Horner was cleared, but right after that the mail of ‘leaked evidence’ was sent to all the journalists and important F1 personalities including the father of Max Verstappen, Jos Verstappen. Senior Verstappen was seen publicly criticizing the Red Bull team principal, and the suspension of that female employee added more fuel to the fire.

Amidst all the chaos Christian Horner is still leading Red Bull, and recently, while opening up about future strategies, the Brit told the media,
We're focused on winning, and that is what we do. That is how we've started the season, and obviously I am aware of all the noise, but it hasn't distracted the team from the job. But I think you can see a very clear route that is looking forward and wanting to continue this incredible winning streak that we've been on.Christian Horner said in an interview with racingnew365.com
The team principal insisted on the Milton-Keynes-based team’s unity. According to him, despite all the chaos, the team is doing their very best. He gives most of the credit to the team, as according to him, they are here on the top due to their united efforts.
The Female employee involved in the Christian Horner investigation utterly disappointed
After the female employee’s complaint in early February, an independent investigation was launched but the Red Bull boss continued to deny all the allegations that were made against him. After going over both sides of the story, Red Bull GmbH cleared Horner.

Soon after the female employee was suspended from her job. A friend of that employee told the media,
The lack of support is noted and she's just so disappointed with the treatment from her employer. Look at what happened. She complained there was a supposedly transparent, independent investigation, Horner was cleared, and she was then suspended.A friend of the female employee told Daily Mail
According to the friend of the female employee, she did everything by the book. After doing all the right things, and seeing the conclusion, she feels let down. She has also lost her job that she loves so much. The accuser had another chance to make an appeal but by what the media understands, she hasn’t gone ahead with it as of now. Red Bull GmbH has refused to make any further comments on the same.
