Christian Horner has been in the news for the wrong reasons lately. The 50-year-old was cleared of inappropriate behavior allegations by Red Bull GmbH. However, an anonymous alleged evidence leak has once again caused trouble for the Briton. This reportedly led to tensions between Horner and his wife Geri Halliwell.

It was reported that Geri Halliwell might even skip the Bahrain GP after the ex-Spice Girl felt humiliated by the alleged evidence leak. However, Halliwell was present at the race and even kissed her husband in a show of support.

As per The Sun, the former music artist put on a brave face for her husband. Geri Halliwell reportedly shocked her close ones with this act at Bahrain GP. However, the 51-year-old allegedly remains furious at Christian Horner over the alleged evidence leak.

As per the source, Geri Halliwell has informed Horner that the future of their marriage remains uncertain. However, the 51-year-old was going to publicly support her husband. Moreover, the ex-Spice Girl felt deeply humiliated and hurt by the entire saga. Although, as of now, Halliwell has reportedly not approached any divorce lawyer. 

It’s uncertain whether their marriage will survive but she is ­giving it a good chance by showing him support, at least in public. But deep down she must be hurt, humiliated and very, very angry.

However, as per sources, Christian Horner was relieved and thrilled to have her wife by her side. The two discussed the entire situation behind the scenes over the weekend.

Geri Halliwell’s public support a big win for Christian Horner

Christian Horner has been facing trouble from all sides regarding the inappropriate behavior saga. The 50-year-old reportedly fears a mole within Red Bull was behind the alleged evidence leak. Max Verstappen‘s father Jos Verstappen has denied playing any role in this leak despite publicly lashing out at the Red Bull team boss.

Moreover, it is believed that Dietrich Mateschitz’s billionaire son and Helmut Marko might be looking to show the door to Horner. Additionally, FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem has affirmed that the sports governing body was closely monitoring the situation.

As such, Geri Halliwell’s presence was a major victory for Christian Horner. However, it seems that this support remains only in front of the media. Fans would be looking forward to seeing how things pan out for Horner and Halliwell in the coming days.
