So at least that's one part of the riddle cleared up.
Damon Hill said through his X handle

The 63-year-old commented that the riddle of the feud between Jos Verstappen and Horner is now clear. Jos Verstappen has mentioned that if the Brit stays in the team, then the internal tussles would lead members to leave.

Also, this comes at a time when Verstappen is being related to a move to Red Bull’s arch-rivals Mercedes, to save himself from the saga and politics going behind the curtains at the Austrian outfit. Thus, a tough decision could be made by the Red Bull board soon if such issues stay persistent.

Both the team principals have asked the FIA to intervene in the situation and conduct an investigation of their own. Moreover, this new investigation has been demanded as Red Bull had originally refused to share the documents of the investigation. This was followed up with an upcry in the paddock regarding the lack of transparency regarding such a sensitive situation.

However, the teams ramp up their preparation for the Saudi Arabian GP next week. Eyes around the paddock will be closely monitoring the ongoing saga in the reigning champions’ base.
