The Ferrari Formula 1 team did not have the best of seasons last year. Despite their best efforts, they were only able to manage a third-place finish in the constructor’s standings, and considering this, the former Ferrari boss, Flavio Briatore has asked them to follow an antagonistic approach to produce better results this year.
Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were seen complaining about the handling of the SF-23 on several occasions last year. There were only a few events during the 22-race season where they were fully at ease inside the car’s cockpit. This was one of the main reasons Ferrari could not challenge Red Bull as a team.
Flavio Briatore followed Ferrari’s 2023 campaign with keen interest and thus, has come up with valuable advice. He recently said, as reported by Soymotor;
I hope there is a little more antagonism next year, otherwise it won't be very fun. Ferrari should aspire to a podium at least in each race. Let's hope that a Frenchman helps Ferrari win like I helped the French.
Looking at the reaction of Briatore, it is quite clear that he wants the Ferrari F1 team to push itself to the limit during the 2024 F1 season. Moreover, has wholeheartedly urged them to target at least a podium finish in all 24 Grand Prix events this year.

Would Ferrari be able to challenge for wins in 2024?
While Flavio Briatore wants Ferrari to target a podium in every race of the 2024 F1 season, one other thing that would be worth looking at is if they would be able to challenge Max Verstappen and Co. for race wins regularly. During 2023 the Italian giants managed only one victory in comparison to Red Bulls 21.
Ferrari has prolific drivers in its arsenal in the form of Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz. All they have to do is produce a potent car for the upcoming campaign and the rest would be looked after by their prolific drivers. Both Leclerc and Sainz performed well last year.
