“Shameless grifting and profiteering” – F1 Fans vent their anger following Silverstone’s ticket sale mishap for 2023 British GP

The management for the track of Silverstone took to Twitter to announce that they will be halting further ticket sales for the 2023 British Grand Prix temporarily. The ticket sales have been halted due to a problem with the online platform through which the tickets are sold.

The management at Silverstone have gone on social media to apologize for this inconvenience, but the fans were left outraged with the inflation of the ticket prices and the sudden halting of ticket sales. Silverstone is a star attraction in the F1 calendar and many fans and celebrities and all flock here each year to watch the action unfold before their very eyes.

Fans have gone on Twitter to express their discontent towards this piece of news and there have been quite a few fans who have appealed to the management to do a better job of handling their ticket sales and of reducing the prices so that it is not ridiculously expensive.

The discontent among the fans keeps growing and many have appealed to Lewis Hamilton and David Croft for their input into this matter so that it may be resolved as soon as possible.
