The Mercedes AMG Patronas team has been in the news for several reasons throughout the post-F1 2023 season break. At first, there was an uproar when Mercedes Chief Toto Wolff was placed on investigation by the FIA for conflict of interests with the Formula One Management. While the investigation was later dropped, Wolff had vowed that he would find out who had made such serious allegations against him and his wife Susie Wolff.
Then, it was revealed in a shocking report that Lewis Hamilton, the Mercedes star who has built his career by winning six World Championship titles with the team, would be leaving them for Ferrari. It was rumored that Hamilton was not going to stay at Mercedes because they were not offering him a multi-year deal, and thus he wanted to explore other options. And now, Mercedes have again made the new headlines after the launch of their new challenger for the 2024 campaign.
On February 18, when the Mercedes W15 was revealed to the fans, everyone noted the double suspension that the team has installed this time. This variation of the traditional suspension as well as some other innovations have perhaps been the reason why Toto Wolff decided to take several pictures of the W15. And his clip was shot and uploaded by the admin of Mercedes’ official X page.

Some of the fans have also commented some hilarious reactions as they believe Wolff is now trying out an alternative job as a photographer since he will soon resign from Mercedes in the wake of Lewis Hamilton leaving the Brackley outfit for Ferrari.

In other news, Toto Wolff has claimed time and again that Mercedes are looking to leave their unconventional ways and take a more reserved approach to the 2024 campaign.
