Ferrari racer Carlos Sainz is in high spirits following his first podium of the season at the Italian Grand Prix. ” I think we are all animals in the car and we don’t mind overtaking the one in front… even if it’s to be twelfth,” said Carlos. Adding to how competitive a driver’s mind needs to be, he said,  “The drivers who say they don’t mind going from thirteenth to twelfth are not ‘alive’ , because that way you are closer to a point for the World Championship and every point counts. At least that’s the way I see it”

Carlos Sainz’s drive to fight to be better than the person before him was on display even before the Driver signed for Ferrari. Carlos is currently P5 in the driver’s standing.
