The 2022 season of Formula 1 is over now, and fans are left with a massive period of endless waiting before the next Championship campaign kicks off with new potential winners and frontrunners. While there is a whole lot of trpidation amongst the F1 tribe regarding the cars that the different teams are going to produce, the performance that the many debutants of next year are going to put up, et cetera, the FIA are going strong with the various notices they are in the process of releasing in relation to the next season.

The latest announcement from the FIA with regards to the next year is the schedule for all the Grands Prix in 2023. While it was already known which GPs are going to take place and which ones could not make the cut for the upcoming season, fans were still not in the clear about whether some of the races would be night races and if some would take place during the daytime. Now, the FIA have clarified all those doubts with their schedule that has a few surprises for the fans.

For 2023, the FIA had planned the biggest race calendar with a whopping 24 Grands Prix set to take place, but the Chinese Grand Prix has received the red flag because of the existing Covid-19 protocols in the country. While the hunt for a replacement for the Chinese GP is still on, the schedules of the other races show that the race weekend format will be the same for next year. But the timings of the Las Vegas Grand Prix have gotten the most gasps from the F1 fans.

It goes without saying that the entire Formula 1 fans’ community is busy looking forward to the Las Vegas GP, which is being marketed as the biggest race of the year. With the rising popularity of F1 in the American continent, the ticket prices for the race in Las Vegas have reached sky-high levels and everyone is expecting a massive blast during the weekend in Sin City. And the schedule for the Las Vegas GP has made for an even more interesting race.

As per the timetable, free practice for the Las Vegas GP will take place on Thursday, followed by Qualifying on Friday and race on Saturday during the the nighttime. As per the local time, the Grand Prix will happen at 10:00 PM, and for the fans in UK, it will be a 6:00 AM race. In fact, all the sessions of the Las Vegas GP will take place in the dark, making way for an interesting competition between the racers who have never driven here before.
