The horrific incident involving Jules Bianchi occured when the racer’s car crashed into a crane which was parked by the side of the racetrack. After many days in coma, Bianchi lost his life, and the entire F1 family mourned his death. During the time when Jules was in coma, his father Philippe Bianchi had said, “Seeing him fighting gives a lot of hope to his loved ones, and it’s important for us. While there is life, there is hope, even though after a while you are hoping for a miracle. Every day is difficult. Every day, when we get up, the telephone is by our side. When we get up every morning, we think of Jules’ life. We think also of his death, because we have to think about death.

Now that seven years have passed since the incident, Jules’ father posted on his Instagram page that he will attend the French Grand Prix in the late racer’s memory. This is happy news for Charles Leclerc, who was specifically associated with Jules Bianchi because the racer was his family friend for a long time. Jules’ father also said that he will be supporting Ferrari, and more importantly, Charles himself.
