Lewis Hamilton has a lot of fan pages on Twitter, which analyze, support and at times even criticize him. But, recently, there has been one fan which crossed all the boundaries of evilness as he went on to fake his death to get some attention and also financial support from Mercedes. To which, Mercedes also responded and asked for his address and other details to make sure the help reaches him.

The name of the page is ‘CenturionLewis’. The guy running the page had posted on the account that he has been diagnosed with cancer and his doctors have told him that there is a not of time left for him to live. He also tweeted that he would continue to fight along despite what the result is going to be. This caught the attention of media when Mercedes decided to show him support on their official account.

But, it has turned out that all of it was a scam and he was doing to gain sympathy and also make money in the process. He was also invited to Mercedes factory by the team and then later that week, it was reported that he was dead. But, now new reports have come out that all of this was a façade and none of this was true. This has made a lot of fans angry.

One of the Lewis Hamilton pages tweeted, “Wahaha it was plain obvious a scam, literally took me two minutes to figured it out but those who dared speaking got dragged through the mud so I scrolled through and kept minding my business.”

To which a fan replied, “Yep it was kind of obvious after seeing some tweets and behavior of that account, but I didn’t say a thing because, I don’t wanted to believe that level of evilness and people over sensitivity.”

“I was skeptical about the other things alledgedly happened to him But I did not believe someone would sink so low to fake cancer.”

When we all see incidents like these, it becomes very difficult for people to trust one another. We all go through tough times but sinking this deep to gain financially should never be an option.
