The McLaren Formula 1 team scored a double podium finish at the 2023 Japanese Grand Prix. The whole outfit is elated with its sensational result, and one of its drivers, Lando Norris, has made it clear the papaya army will come after the all-conquering Red Bull team during the remaining Grand Prix events of this year.

Oscar Piastri and Norris started their race at the Suzuka International Race Course from P2 and P3 on the grid. They did a pretty good job coming away with a double podium finish. The latter took second place from Piastri, but despite this, the MCL60 just lacked the pace to become a nuisance for the reigning F1 World Champion, Max Verstappen.

While the McLaren duo was not able to challenge Verstappen for the win, Norris fired warning shots toward Red Bull by saying, “That is how we do it. If I am reading the TV correct it’s P3 also. It’s a double podium. Let’s keep working; we are coming for Red Bull. Thank you to everyone trackside and back at the factory love you all.
