The Formula 1 off-season is currently underway, and the racers are all going on trips and spending time away from the racetracks in the best way possible. But Ferrari‘s results in 2023 had been below the expectations of all their fans. The Italian outfit got narrowly defeated by Mercedes for a second place finish in the Constructors’ Championship Standings despite Carlos Sainz securing the only non-Red Bull race win of the year. On the other hand, Ferrari recruit Charles Leclerc tied with Fernando Alonso with 206 points at the end of the unsuccessful season.

Charles Leclerc decided to unwind after the mediocre 2023 Championship campaign with Ferrari by going on tours and posing amidst the snow with an ice cream bowl in his hand. The Monegasque, often deemed the most handsome racer on the grid, treated his fans to some adorable photos of him looking intently at the camera while scooping some ice-cream into his mouth. And the biggest deal with all the photos is that Charles seemed to be standing knee-deep in snow.

While Charles’ fans went gaga over the photos of his tasting some ice-cream in the chilly weather, his fellow F1 driver Lando Norris had other thoughts. The Briton jokingly showed his concern for the Ferrari driver by taking to his X account and posting a comment on Charles Leclerc’s post.

Charles Leclerc deemed as one of Max Verstappen’s closest competitors by Helmut Marko

Red Bull’s Chief Advisor Helmut Marko only recently got a contract renewal with the Austrian outfit. And then, he let his opinions on his team’s current marqueé driver Max Verstappen be known to all. When he was asked about which one of the F1 racers might be Max’s closest rivals and why the Dutchman always gets the best of them, Marko answered without hesitation.

The 80-year-old said Max Verstappen can only be matched by two F1 racers on the current grid but they still fall short of catching up to the Dutchman because of inconsistency.

(Charles) Leclerc and (Lando) Norris are certainly exceptional talents. But both have shown weaknesses in consistency in the past. What's more, Max is not yet at the limit. He will get even better.

In other news, Helmut Marko and Christian Horner have been rumored to be at crossroads about key decisions regarding Red Bull. The internal fights between two of the biggest forces in the Austrian outfit have been the root to speculations regarding Helmut Marko’s exit from the team. But all those rumors got silenced when Marko was renewed by Red Bull for several more years to come.
