Last day for female Red Bull employee to appeal against Christian Horner’s innocent verdict over inappropriate behavior allegations
The employee will continue to have legal routes available if she wants to take action on Christian Horner outside of Red Bull.

Christian Horner has been making headlines for the wrong reasons lately. The 50-year-old was accused of inappropriate behavior by a female Red Bull employee. Red Bull GmbH launched an independent investigation into the incident. The Briton was cleared of all allegations by the Austrian giant. However, no details were disclosed to the public. Now, it seems that the female employee might be running out of time to appeal against the verdict.
Red Bull GmbH had stated that the employee had the right to appeal the decision despite the dismissal of grievances. It must be noted that the identity of the employee had not been revealed to the media. As per The Times, the female employee has only till the 6th of March to appeal to Red Bull GmbH. As such, if the unnamed Red Bull member wants to press things further through the company, she must do it by this date.

However, the employee can seek legal means against Christian Horner. Previously, it was reported that the female member of staff might take this case to the English courts. However, there has been no news of a lawsuit against the Red Bull Team Principal for now.
Christian Horner and the female employee continue to work together despite the entire saga
The female employee who accused Christian Horner has stayed at Milton Keynes despite the inappropriate behavior claims. Moreover, as per recent reports, the two have been forced to work together like before while ignoring the elephant in the room. Allegedly both Horner and the employee have been working professionally without any major conflict.

The alleged evidence leak against Christian Horner changed the entire scenario. The 50-year-old had been cleared by Red Bull. However, the alleged leak once again put the spotlight on the Briton. Moreover, Max Verstappen‘s father Jos Verstappen had a fallout with Horner over the entire situation.
Certainly, the Red Bull camp is facing trouble in light of the recent events. However, Christian Horner has continued his role as Team Principal. Although, things could change drastically if the female employee decides to take further action on the 50-year-old, be it via an appel or a legal route.
