F1 Pundit believes quite a few teams are interested in Oliver Bearman
The youngest Ferrari driver, Bearman has many eyes set on him after his brilliant performance during his F1 debut. As mentioned earlier, on a last-minute call, Bearman replaced Sainz ahead of the last free practice in Jeddah.
F1 journalist, Andrew Benson, believes that after the Brit’s brilliant performance, there will be more teams interested in him.
But quite a few teams are likely to be interested in him after his performance in Saudi Arabia, so Ferrari could just as easily do a deal with Williams, Sauber, or perhaps even Alpine.Andrew Benson said while answering a Q&A session for BBC
Now that’s four teams, including Haas that are interested in the young talent. Most of them could easily place him, given Sauber and Alpine do not have a fixed driver line-up for the next season. Will the fans get to see the 18-year-old as a full-time F1 driver next season, only time will tell.
