Lewis Hamilton, ahead of the 2024 F1 season announced his next year’s move to Ferrari. The news set the internet on fire, with a substantial rise in speculations. Hamilton has been with Mercedes for most of his career. Many believed he would stay with the team till his retirement, but the seven-time world champion had something else in mind.

But his loyalty towards the team has been doubted many times and it has once again been questioned. This time it’s the former F1 driver, Martin Blundell, who has raised his concerns.
I think it's going to be just down to whether he's still got the appetite. He's now near his forties, does he get up every morning with that vigour? And does he get up with that sort of determination to go and deliver? And as I say to you, it's not just about on track, it's also off track.Mark Blundell said in an interview with Ace Odds
Mercedes is currently struggling with its new W15 challenger. Hamilton is finding it difficult to bring out its maximum performance, as it has major bumping issues that the team has been working on ahead of the Australian GP. It’s difficult to conclude the raised questions as the team principal of Mercedes has admitted that there is a fundamental issue with the car.

It's one of the best news we've had in a long, long time. Whether you're a fan of Lewis or not, it's huge news. It's amazing news for F1, for Ferrari, and for Lewis. It's good for everyone. It will be exciting to follow, and hopefully, we get the Lewis of his winning days back.Jacques Villeneuve said via GPFans
