F1 drivers are often seen in the paddock indulging in activties like padel, tennis, basketball and few others to keep their mind and body fresh during the high intesity F1 events.

F1 is regarded by many as one of the most physically/mentally demanding sports. The requirements are immense during a season but despite this, the well-renowned drivers manage to squeeze in time for some fun activities.

Every driver has his way of chilling and while the 2024 F1 season is just around the corner, a past video of Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, George Russell, and Alex Albon has surfaced in which they all are playing pedal.

During Grand Prix weekends, drivers need to take their minds off the pressures of F1. From the video, Verstappen, Norris, Russell, and, Albon can be seen having a fun time, and this is very important when it comes to delivering results during a full-fledged race.

Without proper recovery it is difficult for drivers to give their best, especially considering that an F1 Grand Prix weekend usually takes three days to conclude, without including the various interviews that take place on Thursdays. From Friday onwards, the drivers barely have time for themselves as they have various kinds of commitments.

Max Verstappen and Lando Norris are expected to regularly lock horns on track this year

While Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, George Russell, and, Alex Albon are good friends who spend time together during grand prix weekends, the first two are the best of buddies. The F1 paddock is well aware of the close bond that Verstappen and Norris share.

However, given the progress that McLaren made last year, there is a growing belief that Lando Norris will be seen going wheel-to-wheel with Verstappen quite often this year. Despite being the best of friends, they are the fiercest of rivals when it comes to their on-track antics. They had a few battles last year that brought the fans to the edge of their seats.

Lando Norris recently signed a new long-term deal at McLaren and keeping in view everything that has been discussed, Norris and Verstappen’s 2024 battles are going to be mouthwatering. Both are going into the season as one of the favorites to lift the coveted Driver’s Championship. The latter win be seen gunning for his fourth consecutive world championship whereas, Norris will try to lift his maiden title.
