Alonso appears to be enjoying himself in Formula 1 again and it is a sight to behold. The Spanish driver finished in P2 as the race saw rain, safety cars, and even a red flag. The rain showers were unpredictable and Piquet seems to have dodged getting caught in the rain. But her elation didn’t last long, apparent from her Instagram story mentioning Alonso and his wild celebrations. The champagne shower from Alonso’s celebrations drenched Kelly Piquet standing down in the pitlane as the champagne ceremony took place.

Her instagram story says, “I escaped the rain but not the Champagne.” while tagging Alonso. Alonso is having a good time in Formula 1 and while spoiling Piquet’s attempts to keep herself dry, the Spaniard almost crashed Verstappen’s homecoming party at Zandvoort.
