In a comical twist of fate, McLaren has taken a playful stance ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix by putting up a notice outside their garage, prohibiting Nico Rosberg from taking selfies in front of their team’s domain. This decision is rooted in a peculiar trend that has emerged throughout the last few seasons, one that has playfully labeled Rosberg as having jinxing powers, bestowing a curious curse upon whoever he decides to support.
The phenomenon came to light during the recent Hungarian GP, where Rosberg took a selfie outside the Red Bull garage, passionately voicing his support for Max Verstappen‘s pole position bid. However, fate had other plans as Lewis Hamilton narrowly denied his wish at the very last moment.
