When asked about Fernando Alonso’s reputation, Aston Martin team boss Mike Krack said there was no need for excessive management among the team members. He conveyed that Alonso, like everyone else, was a valued team member. Krack acknowledged that due to Fernando’s prominent status, it was natural to pay attention to his actions and words. However, he emphasized that Alonso was well aware of the collective team goal and the shared commitment to working together.

“I don’t think we have to manage each other, because he is a team member like all of us,” he says when asked about Alonso’s reputation. “Of course, he is the most exposed driver with the highest level of awareness, so of course you listen to what he does, and you take care of what he says and all that. But he knows that we want to do this together,” Mike Krack said, according to F1insider.
