Brundle is a British racing driver who began his career in F1 in 1984 with Tyrell and was a driver in the sport for 7 years. Due to racing for underfunded teams since the start of his career, Brundle decided to explore other motorsports and took a year off from Formula 1. He went on to take part in European Touring Car Championship, where he performed exceptionally in his debut year.
He later returned to Formula 1 in 1992 with Benetton and was able to show off his exceptional driving skills in a worthy car and had an exceptional season that year, where he came close to a win in Canada, having overtaken his teammate at the time, the great Michael Schumacher. However, luck was not on his side and he could not get the win.
Having scored 0 wins in his career with F1, Brundle retired and took up the job of a commentator. He is currently working with Sky Sports and doing well for himself.
