Japan Gp 2005

Japan GP is trusted to be one of the best races on the calendar of an F1 season. Suzuka is a great circuit to drive on, providing drivers of all calibre to have a chance to do wonders. Many drivers do like the track for the fast layout, but many don’t because of the very dark past the track holds. Japan returned to the 2022 calendar after two years with the race being more interesting after rain, but also very dangerous.

Japan GP has had a very dark past after the death of Jules Bianchi on track. This incident was to be blamed on the track officials working while the cars were tracked. The same situation was displayed on the 2022 grid which was riskier with rain not under control. This also came out to not be the first or the second time this has happened. 2005 Japanese GP also witnessed the same situation after Montana crashed his McLaren on track.

Drivers and Fans were furious with the publicity stunt FIA managed to pull off lately. The reactions of the 2005 Japan GP were more fumed after the deadly incident of the 2014 Japan GP.

Martin Brundle is clearly heard talking about the truck on track while the cars were behind the safety car. Martin was also the first one to point out the 2014 truck on track and later that turned the wrong way. Fans did agree with Martin and were shocked by the past incident that wasn’t really noticed until now.
