Christian Horner, the Red Bull team principal has been under the firing line for the inappropriate behavior investigation. While the saga is done and dusted, full transparency has not been shown around it by Red Bull and this is something, that has not sat well with the former four-time F1 world champion, Sebastian Vettel.

The German believes Red Bull should be completely transparent about Christian Horner‘s inappropriate behavior saga. The whole controversy has created a negative environment around the Austrian outfit, and also around the sport in general.

The Horner controversy has overshadowed the performances that Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez have put in so far during the ongoing 2024 F1 season. The Brit on multiple occasions has made it known that he is innocent.

The female employee who accused Christian Horner is very upset

While Sebastian Vettel has asked Red Bull to be transparent regarding the Horner saga, it has come to light that the employee who accused the Brit is not at all pleased with how things have been done since her complaint. She is so frustrated that she recently lodged a complaint against Horner with the FIA.

A friend of the Red Bull employee has admitted that the ongoing saga has been extremely tough on her.

It's shocking but not surprising how upset she is. There have been multiple financial offers [to see her story] none of which she had any interest in even engaging on.
A friend of the Red Bull employee said via BBC

The woman is unable to speak on the matter due to signing a legal undertaking to not discuss the matter. Red Bull’s ethics and integrity have been questioned, with many believing the female employee was a victim of power abuse. The internal politics and power struggles within Red Bull have raised concerns regarding the team’s way of dealing with certain issues.
