The Magical City’s hot vibe is already tangible as F1 returns to the alluring Miami metropolis this weekend. This is F1’s second appearance at the Miami International Autodrome, and many noteworthy names have previously graced the event. Hollywood Superstars Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez, the primary characters in the upcoming Fast X film, the tenth episode of the Fast and Furious franchise, are among the most recent visitors.

Last year’s star-studded Miami Grand Prix featured an array of Hollywood’s finest and other esteemed luminaries. Letty Ortiz and Dom Toretto of the Fast & Furious franchise were among the first guests this year, promoting their next movie, Fast X. Miami has developed a reputation as one of the most expensive events to attend this year, which is not surprising considering the presence of various celebrities on the courses.

With F1 now closer to Hollywood, thanks to the upcoming Brad Pitt film based on the sport and Netflix’s Drive to Survive pulling the American audience, a diverse gathering of racing enthusiasts and celebrities is expected to fill the grandstands. Moreover, Miami’s association with the prestigious Miami Dolphins football team, coupled with the revamped and relocated paddock inside the esteemed Hard Rock Stadium, may also result in an appearance from the team at the circuit.

With Fast X’s highly anticipated release only a few days away, fans of the franchise are excitedly anticipating the first installment of its two-part conclusion. The advertising efforts are in full swing, and the enthusiasm among fans of the high-octane series is evident. The forthcoming film marks the beginning of the end of the Fast and Furious franchise, with the last installment still to come.

Last year’s Miami GP saw Charles Leclerc take an amazing pole position, but it was Max Verstappen who took the win and clawed into Leclerc’s championship lead. It remains to be seen what will happen this time around. With Red Bull taking the win in all the races thus far, they are looking to be the favorites this year too.
