Lando's special Miami Helmet

Ahead of the Miami GP, McLaren driver Lando Norris has unveiled a new design for his helmet, which features a basketball along with his signature and personalisation.

The first ever Miami Grand Prix is as close as it can be, everyone is hyped and excited, and to boost this more, Lando Norris posted a picture of his helmet with a new customisation especially for the Miami GP which broke the Internet. This new design of the helmet resembles a basketball, a beloved sport in the States, and adds a more “sporty” look to the helmet.

“I saw some people playing basketball one time, and I thought, damn, that’d make for a cool helmet,”

“So I did it. It has some cool details on it, like my signature, my logo and my name in black with a nice neon outline,” said Norris, as quoted by Motorsport Week.

Other than the amazing design for the helmet, Lando’s performance so far in the season is amazing, too, given how the McLarens performed in the first race of the season, where both Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris failed to score any points. Post that, Norris has managed to score points in rest of the races, which has made him to climb to 6th in the championship with 35 points.

After the podium in Imola, Lando Norris has been hyped for the Miami GP; he revealed that the entire team is working hard to “keep the momentum” from the Emilia Romagna GP on, which can help both the drivers score better points, making them climb up the table. Lando Norris is a young driver but he drives like an experienced one, making it a little easier for him to score points and climb the table.

The race itself in Miami is set this Sunday, which is going to be 57 laps. The teams have already reached Miami and performed the inauguration. Many of the drivers also met stars from other sports and Hollywood, hyping up the fans for the amazing Miami GP, for the first time ever.
