Red Bull has established itself as one of the legacy teams of the sport with their impressive seven championship wins since its inception. The team won the championship in the last three seasons in a dominant manner with Dutchman Max Verstappen leading the lines. His wingman Sergio Perez has also played a significant role in the triumphs.
Perez, who will mark his fourth year at Red Bull in 2024, has recently opened up about the culture and mindset of his team. He pointed out that passion for life and giving it priority over the sport makes Red Bull unique. This helps the team to extract the very best from its crew. Perez also highlighted the no-blame culture at Red Bull as well.

Perez also discussed the team’s mindset for the 2024 season and pointed out that this year it’s the goal to maximize every single opportunity that he gets. He believes that will be his target for the entire year. According to him, if they can do that they will have a great year ahead.

The Mexican driver’s contract with Red Bull is coming to an end this year. During his three years with Red Bull, Perez has won at least one race each season, for a total of six victories in his Formula One career. He is enthusiastic about the team’s new car, the RB20.
This season is the longest in F1 history, so I have prepared extensively. I am motivated and not concerned about the duration. The start of the season is an exciting time, and I am eager to perform well. I believe I am in excellent shape to start this season.
