“We’re going to see two races,” Christian Horner believes there could be a fierce battle on both ends of the grid at the Belgian GP

Christian Horner is expecting a two-way fight in the Belgian Grand Prix. With Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc starting from the back of the grid, the two protagonists are going to start the race from the last fighting for the way ahead. But the second drivers for both teams are going to start the race at their usual positions.
Sergio Perez and Carlos Sainz are going to start the race from the front with no penalties to suffer. Christian Horner understands it as two races in one to watch for. Max and Charles are taking grid penalties for an engine change they choose to get in Spa, which is the direct choice to make with a tripe header ahead. Spa allows a bunch of overtakes to get the cars ahead so the title protagonists could get their best out of their car in Spa.
“Looks like we’re going to see two races. It’s going to be fascinating. Checo won’t be taking any penalties, we assume that Sainz and the Mercs won’t be. So we should be seeing those four guys at the front and the other two coming through the pack and seeing how far they can get,” said Horner.
Max Verstappen has a pace over Charles Leclerc at the Belgian Grand Prix
Max Verstappen aced the practice sessions ahead of the Qualifying. Charles Leclerc with the rest of the grid was shocked after the lap times Max was able to pull off. With new engines into play, Max could come out to be on the top with no surprise.
Starting P10 in Hungary, Max still managed to win the Grand Prix with a brilliant strategy. Verstappen is in his best-ever form this season and he will look ahead to get himself involved in the pack to get the maximum points he could.
With an 80 points gap in the championship, Spa could shuffle the table a bit with Charles at the back. Sergio has an open chance to get ahead of the Ferrari driver. Mercedes drivers, on the other hand, will get ahead to get their first win of the season after a wait of 13 races.
