Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing have dominated Formula 1 since the new ground-effect regulations introduced in 2022. The Dutch driver broke the record for most wins in a single season with 17 victories last season. However, Verstappen revealed the intentions of the Milton Keynes-based team to achieve the unprecedented in Formula 1.
The Austrian team has won all nine rounds of the season so far. Verstappen has won seven races including five consecutive victories. Sergio Perez has won the remaining two rounds of the season. The two-time world champion talked about Red Bull’s objective of winning all races this season. He said, “As a team, of course, we want to win all the GPs this year, but it won’t be easy.”
Although, Max Verstappen took a cautious approach toward this ambitious target. The 25-year-old recognized that there are still thirteen rounds left this season and this could leave the door open for mistakes later down the line. The Dutch driver stated, “There are still many races left and a mistake can always happen.“

Can Red Bull become the first F1 team to win all races in a season?
Formula 1 has seen different teams dominate the grid over the past few decades. However, no team has ever managed to win all rounds of a season. McLaren came the closest to achieving this massive feat in 1985 when the dominant MP4/4 won 15 of the 16 races with Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost behind the wheel.
Mercedes enjoyed a big advantage over its competitors at the start of the turbo-hybrid era. The silver arrows emerged victorious in 19 out of 21 races in 2016 which remains the most dominant year for the Brackley-based team. It remains to be seen if Max Verstappen and Red Bull can outperform these two teams at the peak of their performances in Formula 1 and become the first team to win all races of an F1 season.
Thus, Max Verstappen has claimed that Red Bull will be looking to win all 22 races in 2023. The Milton Keynes-based team has already bagged nine victories and continues to enjoy its massive pace advantage. As such, it seems that fans might get to witness history this season if Red Bull accomplishes this collosal target.
