‘You will feel the weight’: Valtteri Bottas points out a particular difference in the cars for this year’s Japanese GP

Valtteri Bottas
Valtteri Bottas shifted to Alfa Romeo at the start of the 2022 season. After seventeen races, the Finn looks completely set with the car with possible points finish in every race. Though he has had a good share of the struggles he went through. Valtteri has had a lot of DNFs this season with not so reliable engine, this has triggered the team for a lot of points.
Bottas opens up on this thought for the 2022 regulated cars in Suzuka. Japan GP will be returning to the calendar after two long years. As the aero rules changed this season, Suzuka is going to witness a whole new car running on the track. Bottas differentiates the feeling of the 2019 and 2022 versions of cars. Valtteri also won at Suzuka back in 2019 and remains the last winner of the track.
Bottas finds nothing much to be changed other than a few things, “I think there’s not going to be a hugely different, but for sure you will feel the weight in high-speed corners,” said Bottas as per RacingNews365.

Valtteri Bottas talked about the pre-planned Russia-Singapore-Japan triple-header

Russia made its way out of the competition with its attack on Ukraine. This forced all the sports to ban Russia from all of the competitions this season. Formula 1 regelated the country from the calendar after the season started. That converted an Eastern triple header into a doubleheader with a gap of three gaps in between.
Bottas takes over the talk of a possible recovery in health as the triple header goes, “It was tough because it was so long. And the conditions were like, you just getting even mentally rest at all,” said Bottas.
“I can. With adrenaline, you can do whatever. But afterwards, you will be tired,” said Bottas when asked about his energy for a triple race weekend.
Valtteri is performing really good in a mid-field car as he brings up the Alfa Romeo in a fight in the deep mid of the table. Though the reliability pushed the team off the track a lot of times, Sauber is trying their best to finish sixth on the championship table.
