During discussions at Monza, Christian Horner, the team principal of Red Bull, he opted not to dismiss the possibility of being interested in Lando Norris. However, he emphasized Red Bull’s commitment to respecting any contractual obligations currently in effect. “Lando is a great driver, there’s no doubt about that, and you can see his potential is growing,” explained Horner. “But he’s a McLaren driver, and you have to respect the agreements that are in place.”

Horner also mentioned that their drivers are confirmed for the 2024 season, but in 2025, they have one seat available. While there’s significant interest in that seat, he emphasizes that Red Bull is not making immediate decisions about their driver lineup for 2025. Horner said, “He’s doing a great job in the sport and of course we have our drivers confirmed for ’24. In ’25 we have one seat open ……there’s not a shortage of interest in that seat. But it’s a long way away at the moment.”
