“Halo saved me today” Zhou Guanyu ‘grateful’ after surviving a horrific crash

Zhou Guanyu Tweets confirming his health to be at best after he went through a life threatening crash in Silverstone Lap 1. He didn’t leave his upside down car for the next few minutes which raised everyone’s eye on if the driver is okay or not. This later got cleared after the team gave out their response as a positive one.
Zhou got tangled with George fighting for P8 just after that start throw him over the fences upside down, he was lucky enough to stand after such a horrific accident, which he didn’t, he was taken off the car into a stretcher directly to the hospital. He twitted, thanking his fans for the concern and also thanked HALO for a life saving effect it has had in the sport.
“I’m ok, all clear. Halo saved me today. Thanks everyone for your kind messages!” said Zhou Guanyu.
Both Zhou and Albon were safe, as SkyNews ensured.
British Grand Prix the best race yet in the 2022 season
The British Grand Prix at Silverstone came out to be one of the most chaotic race the 2022 season has seen. The fiasco at Lap 1 took out 5 cars, including Zhou’s crash with George Russell’s Top 5 streak coming to a stop. With a red flag and 2 restarts with an exchange of lead in a span of 10 laps.
Ferrari won their first race in last 8 races with Carlos Sainz finally standing on the top of the podium. There was also a three way tight battle for the P2 spot between the Ferrari Of Charles Leclerc, Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton, and Red Bull of Sergio Perez, later won by the latter. Hamilton faced a lot of trouble from Checo after the safety car restart, but still managed to get ahead when Checo and Leclerc had their own battle.
Mick Schumacher and Sebastian Vettel scored points for their teams with Mick being on points for the first time in his career.
