Lewis Hamilton is famously known for his flashy and bold choice of clothing over the race weekend. The Briton has made his mark in the fashion industry after creating a clothing collection with Dior. Hamilton was seen wearing fully red clothes during his final race with Mercedes to showcase his transition to the Italian Constructor.

Lewis Hamilton seems ready to move to Ferrari in the 2025 season, as depicted by his clothing. Hamilton wore a series of red clothes over the Abu Dhabi weekend, which showcased his transition to Maranello. The Briton’s ex-teammate Nico Rosberg expressed disappointment with the awkward clothing choice.

Rosberg didn’t hesitate to berate Hamilton’s clothing choice at the 2024 Abu Dhabi GP. The 39-year-old reckoned that he felt ‘sorry’ for the Briton. Moreover, the German noted that he viewed the clothing decision as strange and inappropriate. However, the former driver acknowledged that it was Hamilton’s decision at the end of the day.

I feel sorry for it. I see the decision as something very strange and inappropriate. It’s a shame. It’s his day and his choice, so it’s okay.

Mercedes still ‘appreciate’ and have a ‘good relationship’ with Lewis Hamilton

Mercedes still planned a massive farewell for the Ferrari-bound Lewis Hamilton and sent him off in a respectful manner. Nico Rosberg highlighted that Brackley continued to have a good relationship with Hamilton. However, Rosberg reiterated that this little detail from the Briton made him feel ‘sad’.

They appreciate him and continue to have a good relationship, but it is a small detail that makes me sad.

Hamilton is expected to take Ferrari back to their glory days in Formula 1. The Italian constructor has showcased a decent upturn in performance which is already a highly motivating factor for the Briton. Hence, the coming season would be interesting for both the team and the driver.

Mercedes, on the other hand, would have to deal with the massive loss of an experienced driver in the team. The prodigy Kimi Antonelli is all set to enter the German carmaker and get up to speed from the get-go. The 2025 season would be interesting and exciting due to the massive competition building up amidst the top teams.
