The Dutch GP was a thrilling race for McLaren fans. Lando Norris managed to take a dominant victory over Max Verstappen in front of the Dutch fans. However, Norris and his teammate Oscar Piastri both suffered from poor getaways during the race start. Piastri voiced his concerns over this issue after the race.
Oscar Piastri started the Dutch GP from third place, right behind Lando Norris and Max Verstappen. However, the Australian driver lost a couple of places as the five red lights went out. Similarly, Norris too had a bad start which allowed Verstappen to take the race lead. Although, the Briton overtook the Red Bull within a few laps.
Oscar Piastri highlighted that he and Norris faced the same issue of not having a good launch. The Australian driver emphasized that McLaren might need to take a look in this regard to ensure that this is not repeated in the remaining nine races of the season. As this could cost the team heavily later on.
I think both of us suffered from the same thing. Didn't get a good launch. I think both had a similar issue. Something to look at.Oscar Piastri said post-race

Oscar Piastri blames ‘dirty air’ for missing out on a podium at Dutch GP
Lando Norris dominated the Dutch GP, however, Oscar Piastri had a more difficult race. The 23-year-old missed out on a podium and could only finish in fourth place. The Australian driver claimed that being in dirty air ruined his tires. As such, Piastri had no pace to overtake Charles Leclerc by the end of the Grand Prix.
For myself getting stuck in dirty air ruined my race. I had a good tire delta to Russell and go by but then to use more of the tire to close the gap to Charles.Oscar Piastri explained

Certainly, Oscar Piastri should’ve been on the Dutch GP podium. The Australian driver had the fastest car but could not make the most out of it this weekend. Things could go worse for the 23-year-old if he fails to match Lando Norris in the upcoming races. However, it remains to be seen how things pan out for McLaren after this dominant victory.
