Pierre Gasly claims Carlos Sainz is Alpine’s ‘best option’ for 2025
Pierre Gasly reckoned that Carlos Sainz would be a compatible teammate for the 2025 season at Alpine.

Carlos Sainz will have to vacate his seat due to Lewis Hamilton’s arrival at Ferrari next season. The Spaniard has not yet decided which team he’s going to join to drive in 2025. However, there are multiple options open for him and Alpine is one of the possibilities as well.
Alpine’s current driver Pierre Gasly was asked about him Carlos Sainz as his teammate. The Frenchman highlighted Sainz’s advantage due to his extensive experience with top teams like McLaren and Ferrari. This experience adds significant value because the Spaniard could bring knowledge and insights that he gained from driving in various teams. Alpine has made it clear it will do everything to sign Sainz.
Obviously, Carlos has the added value of having a lot of experience in strong teams… McLaren and Ferrari recently. So, he has something more to contribute and would obviously be the best option.Pierre Gasly said, as reported by soymotor.com

Pierre Gasly highlighted that even if Carlos Sainz signing didn’t come to fruition, Jack Doohan and Mick Schumacher‘s abilities and connections established within the team would still be beneficial. The Frenchman expressed confidence in both the Jr drivers, highlighting their talent, speed, and existing familiarity with the team.
