The allegations against Christian Horner of inappropriate and domineering behaviour surfaced at the start of February. The announcement stunned the Formula One community and put an end to conjectures about it around the globe. Following the completion of Red Bull’s independent investigation into the matter, Horner was cleared ahead of the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Ever since the investigation started there has been a lot of unrest at Red Bull. Things have become more complicated with the new revelation of ‘leaked evidence’. It was understood by the media that even during the investigation Horner had the support of Thai shareholders, who hold, more than half of the shares. While talking about the ongoing unrest, the display analyst Ernest Knoors has revealed certain details about how Red Bull politics works.

Helmut Marko, the team advisor, and Christian Horner, the team principal, make the majority of the decisions regarding Red Bull Racing. Red Bull has suspended the worker who initiated the internal investigation into Christian Horner
As if the ongoing chaos wasn’t enough, Red Bull has landed themselves in another trouble. Horner was cleared ahead of Bahrain GP, but right after he was cleared, there was anonymous mail sent out consisting of ‘leaked evidence’ against Horner.
With the investigation and this evidence Red Bull was already in deep trouble, as team principals of other teams, were very upset on the matter and had asked FIA to look into the matter.
Red Bull is facing a complex situation due to the suspension of a female employee who initiated an investigation. This news adds to the internal politics and power struggle, making the situation worse. Red Bull’s spokesperson has denied commenting on the matter, stating that they do not comment on internal employment matters.
