After announcing his retirement from the world of non vegetarian consumables, Lewis Hamilton revealed that it wasn’t as easy as it sounded. He revealed that he did not convert to veganism overnight. The Mercedes driver made the switch to a plant-based diet by gradually giving up his prior eating habits. While he has embarked on this journey, he has urged all his fans and well wishers to do the same.

For breakfast, the racer has a preference for smoothies. “I always have smoothies. I generally have that probably two or three times a day because it’s super quick, super easy, put it in the blender and you can take it with you.” The British Racer stated while talking about his plant- based breakfast. He also consumes avocado with toast or fruits. Lewis Hamilton is also big on salads consisting of avocado and other veggies. Hamilton is also a fan of plant-based curries.
Lewis has set a goal to encourage an increasing number of people to adopt a vegan diet and/or cut back on carbon footprints. As a result, the ecosystem and animals benefit overall.
