Barcelona defender Gerard Pique followed Shakira’s footsteps in attracting legal authorities and has been accused of making millions from the Spanish Super Cup‘s controversial move to Saudi Arabia. He has been alleged to have helped to broker a deal with the Spanish FA (RFEF) president to shift the competition to the Middle East portion.
According to The Telegraph, and some Spanish newspapers he was alleged that the RFEF included two clauses in its contract with the Saudi authorities to ensure his company’s Kosmos, which he founded in 2018, will receive €4m (£3.3m) for each tournament held in the country over a six-year period, totaling €24m (£19.9m).
The Barcelona star called upon himself into huge trouble as he has been accused of mixing and transferring huge amounts for his own benefit, keeping the Footballing authorities in a blank slate, and moving things on his own, after his ex-partner he’s now getting more likely for facing legal trouble.
Gerard Pique-Shakira’s legal troubles
The forever longing dispute of the Barcelona star Gerard Pique and the Colombian singer and performer Shakira has taken a turn to something worse is the battle for the legal custody of their children Milan and Sasha, recently according to the Spanish media, the player has claimed strongly and the singer has lost the battle, which means 2 more years for her children in Spain.
The Colombian desperately wanted to take her children with her on a move to Miami, USA, and without the children, she wouldn’t make the move. Reportedly the singer has plans of giving out 2 million USD, to her ex, for her children’s custody so that she could move out with them. Both parties are reluctant on going to the trial as of now.
The bad news has hit the Colombian by shattering all her dreams with Milan and Sasha, the judgment was passed on the basis that the children have grown up in Spain and the culture here, so it would be preferable to finish their primary schooling in the Footballing nation only.
