Manchester United and Cristiano Ronaldo have mutually decided to end the partnership with the Portuguese. He will leave the Red Devils with immediate effect. He will have to search for a new club after returning from the Qatar World Cup. Ronaldo has offers from the premier league as well as from clubs outside Europe.
Former Manchester City maestro and defender Vincent Kompany currently manages the Premier League club Burnley FC was asked the question whether he will sign Ronaldo for Burnley. The former player answers the question as, “We need players who can run”, hitting at the Portuguese star for his lack of running efforts for the duration he was playing at Old Trafford.
The former player however didn’t realize what the man achieved at the same club, just the last season. When it comes to pace, it’s tough to argue that Cristiano Ronaldo is closer to any of the young players a rocket with legs. But, the inevitable fact catches up to all of us as when the age hits, everyone seems to slow down, but the Portuguese still has maintained a great work rate on the field considering his age (37).

The United legend now has the chance to materialize the move away from the club he wanted last summer.
