Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother’s absence from her grandchildren’s birthdays points to dents in her relationship with Georgina Rodriguez, says TV host

Georgina Rodriguez and Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother, Dolores Aveiro, share a cold relationship. Since the couple has been in Saudi Arabia, Cristiano Ronaldo’s mother has only visited her son once, in February. This comes right after rumors of a rift between Cristiano Ronaldo and the Spanish model with claims of her attitude annoying the Al-Nassr Captain.
“There is no crisis. Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez are fine, now Dona Dolores and Georgina are another five hundred”, as per reports. “I think there is a crisis between Cristiano and Georgina. Now between Dona Dolores and Georgina, I don’t know… You can tell just by the photos, the last time they took pictures was at Christmas 2021. Dona Dolores’ presence is not a regular presence, for some reason, it must be. On her grandchildren’s birthdays, she is also not present ”
It all started after Georgina removed one of Dolores’ favorite paintings from their Madrid home. The missing painting was kept in the garage, which made Dolores furious. Georgina put up her own portrait which added fuel to the fire. “There is no healthy relationship between them, and this is the reality. There is no reason because they both dislike each other.”, as reported.
Georgina has been heavily criticized in recent days after the release of her Netflix series “I am Georgina” which viewers claimed has no authenticity. The attitude of the model, combined with the tensions between Ronaldo and his family has speculated rumors of a possible separation after seven years of being together. The couple has five children together, with three of the children born to two surrogate mothers.

Being a high-profile couple like Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez comes with its pros and cons. While there is unlimited exposure, there is also constant scrutiny from the outside. One such occurrence took place recently as a journalist claimed that Ronaldo is fed up with Rodriguez. Her attitude is unacceptable that compromises their personal life.
Speaking on the Portuguese TV show, psychologist Quintino Aries said, “Ronaldo’s recent behavior shows two things: that his personal life is not in a moment of happiness and that the more he distances himself from his mother, Dolores Aveiro, the less tempered he is. And we all know why he is increasingly distant from his family.”
Ronaldo’s friend, Filipina Castro, however, played down the notion. She said, “I can affirm from a 100 percent reliable source that they are, as always, doing very well. This is just stories, gossip, made up by people who can’t stand Gio. They are a couple who have love to give and give away.” The pair have been in a happy relationship for a while now, close to six years to be exact. While they are yet to get married, the couple’s bond seems inseparable.
