Al-Nassr FC clashed against rivals Al-Ahli in the Saudi Pro League on Saturday. The home side triumphed 4-3 on the night as Cristiano Ronaldo and Anderson Talisca both scored a brace at KSU Football Field. In a game that saw the Portuguese superstar score twice with his left foot, Cristiano’s celebration produced a magical moment, which has then, gone viral.
After netting his second in a 7-goal thriller, Ronaldo ran to the corner flag to do his iconic ‘SIU’ celebration. The 38-year-old jumped high in the air before hitting his trademark as the crowd chanted in unison along with the player. The stadium echoed with a loud roar of SIU.
The video which was posted by the official X handle of Al-Nassr has gone viral. Netizens are buzzing for their favorite star. Ronaldo scored the opener against Al-Ahli and also netted the fourth. But more than the brace, a 5-second moment has caught the heat. What made the SIU roar even more wild was the fact that it echoed. Cristiano Ronaldo just keeps winning Saudi fans’ hearts.
Meanwhile, Al-Nassr also posted a video in which the Portuguese stalwart was seen imitating a traditional Saudi folk dance called the Al Ardah.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Sadio Mane have starred in a promotional video for club Al-Nassr FC. In the video, the players can be seen sporting traditional Saudi Attire alongside other teammates in the background. The dress is called ‘Thobe’.
But more than the purpose of the video, it was Ronaldo and Mane’s looks that caught people’s eyes. With the caption, “All together✊For one, We dream and achieve,” the video is to bring the Saudi Arabian culture to light. And who better than Cristiano Ronaldo to put as a face of it? The Portuguese phenom is seen sporting a black ‘bisht‘ along with a white ‘thobe‘ and holding up a sword with a wide grin on his face.
Teammates Sadio Mane, Alex Telles, Talisca, and Marcelo Brozovic are also seen donning traditional clothes alongside the Al-Nassr Captain. Ronaldo’s celebration against Al-Ahli saw the 38-year-old imitating the traditional folk dance ‘Al Ardah’. Nicknamed The Knights of Najd, the video is a fitting tribute to their name and showcases the club’s trophies and might.
