The speculations that Gerard Pique could move in with his new girlfriend Clara Chia in the house where he lived with his ex-partner and kids are found to be false as the retired footballer plans on selling the house. According to the Spanish media, Piqué demanded that house from Shakira, which she herself had bought years ago, in exchange for her keeping custody of her two children.
The house is for sale for an amount of 14 million euros. “It has been published these days that Gerard Piqué and Clara Chía were planning to move to this house. I tell you that it is not like that, because I know from a very good source that the house is for sale for 14 million euros”, reported a journalist. Several people have been seen arriving at the house accompanied by what would be a real estate agent.
After this, Shakira reported that she would go to Miami, considering that it is the perfect city to boost her musical career, which was somewhat sacrificed by her family while she was in Barcelona. Pique and Shakira purchased this property together in 2011. The football veteran was simply waiting for Shakira to leave the property.
To avoid pointless paparazzi entering the mansion in the form of ‘potential buyers’, they have set a bunch of conditions in place. The real estate company in charge of the deal will ask every potential buyer to verify their purchasing power. Only after the verification is complete, the company will schedule an appointment with the buyer. Considering the amount of public controversy around the owners of the home, every buyer will likely think twice before striking any deal for the Esplugues de Llobregat property.

The public feud between Gerard Pique and Shakira is seemingly finally coming to an end. Just recently, the Colombian singer relocated to Miami with her children. While she has already got busy with her new life in the US, a surprising report has emerged on the internet. Recent reports have claimed that Shakira has not left anything behind in their Barcelona home.
With the intention to eventually reportedly sell the mansion, the singer has taken almost everything with her to America. As per recent sources, “All the things in the house are packed in giant cardboard boxes, perfectly sealed, stored in the garage of the residence in Barcelona. Revenge or not, the Colombian has left absolutely nothing in the house. It is being carried up to the lamps. The whole house is desangelada, as if no one had ever lived inside.
