Gerard Piqué will demand a new agreement against Shakira since he is not willing to spend any money to see his children not precisely because he doesn’t have the resources, but because he resents having to pay for a plane and a hotel because he doesn’t have a residence in Miami. As per reports, the former football player wants Shakira to pay for his trips.

As per the separation agreement, the Spanish legend can meet his kids for a stipulated time per month. Despite all the compensations, Pique will reportedly still not fulfil his ’10-day’ period with his children in the US. The reason behind this is that Gerard Pique was with the kids till April 2. The singer strongly claims that the former player has already spent two days with Milan and Sasha in April.

Hence, he definitely cannot stay with them for ten days at a stretch. Gerard Piqué was captured at the Barcelona airport bound for Miami, where his children currently live, whose custody he will fight again. Pique’s lawyer publicly spoke about their legal contract. Milan and Sasha will spend all three major academic breaks with their father, namely Christmas, Easter, and Thanksgiving.

For the rest of the time, he can spend ten days a month with his kids. It isn’t necessary for the veteran to only keep them in America. He can surely take Milan and Sasha back to Spain too, but only for those ten days. All these clauses are only valid till Pique lives in Spain. If he relocates to the US, the former celebrity couple will need to find sign a new agreement.
