Brazilian winger Neymar Jr. reportedly said that he feels Lionel Messi’s move to MLS will change the league in a much more positive way. Neymar is one of Messi’s very close friends and shared the same locker room with the Argentine great at both Barcelona and Paris Siant Germain.

During a recent interview, Neymar was asked about his opinion on Messi’s move to Inter Miami. While answering this question, he said, “I’m certain that Leo is going to change the league in the United States. I believe the league will become a lot more popular. So everyone has to take advantage and enjoy watching him play because unfortunately, nothing lasts forever”.

Neymar has also expressed his feelings about Messi’s departure from PSG. He said he was both “sad and happy”. This was because on one end he wanted to continue playing along with Messi in the same team which now wouldn’t be possible anymore. On the other end, he feels confident about the fact that the Argentine great would love his new life in Miami.
