David Beckham is arranging quite the FC Barcelona re-union at Inter Miami. Former Barcà forward Luis Suarez engaged with the press following his arrival at the MLS club, as fans noticed a surprising detail. Eagle-eyed fans spotted Yassine Chueko, often dubbed as Lionel Messi‘s ‘bodyguard’, ‘lurking’ in the background as Luis Suarez carried on with his conference.
However, Lionel Messi, with whom Chueko is always found, was absent at the event. As for the conference itself, Suarez spoke about how he did not expect a reunion with his former teammates, that too, at Inter Miami. He said:
In 2019, we imagined winning everything at Barcelona and dreamt of retiring there.Luis Suarez at the presser
However, both Suarez and Messi ended up leaving the club within the space of 2 years.
He also spoke of the difficulties involved in moving to a different country. However, the #9 admitted that he had more experience in the same as compared to his former teammates in this regard.
I can advise them more than they advise me on how life is outside.

Luis Suarez completed his first training session with the squad as he met the Press for an introductory conference.
Fans in splits after spotting Lionel Messi’s bodyguard at Luis Suarez’s Press conference
Yassine Chueko seems to be everywhere. The ‘bodyguard’ made a name for himself on social media after his vigilant surveillance of Lionel Messi went viral. He was spotted intervening just in time and keeping the Argentine ‘safe’ from pitch invaders and over-enthusiastic fans. A fan commented that Chueko does a much better job than Messi’s Argentine bodyguard, Rodrigo De Paul.
Many laughed at how Chueko was trying to ‘hide’ behind the announcer standing behind the podium. However, many were disappointed at not seeing Lionel Messi anywhere, since Chueko is known for constantly following the Argentine around. Some were surprised as to whether he (Chueko) would have to be the bodyguard of both Messi and Suarez.
Some said that he was overdoing his job at this point, while others dismissed it as a man simply trying to do his job. Another top comment read that he was scanning for potential ‘bites’ from Luis Suarez. Chueko is also seen standing on the side of the pitch as Messi and Suarez go for their first training session at Inter Miami. As of now, Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba have been signed by Inter Miami. Their pre-season kicks off against El Salvador on the 20th of January.
